Terms & Conditions for Journal Entries

The Federation of Hellenic Societies of Greater New York (FHSGNY) hereby agrees to publish the advertisement provided for the rate selected, subject to the conditions hereafter:

1. The advertiser/Sponsor is responsible for providing FHSGNY with all camera-ready artwork (PDF, JPG, PNG format) necessary for the placement of the requested advertisement.

2. All material must be received by the April 16, 2026 deadline. If FHSGNY does not receive instructions and content on time, the Advertiser authorizes FHSGNY to repeat the last advertisement published or place a generic congratulatory message.

3. Electronic submissions by email are preferred and strongly encouraged. Please send to nyhellenicsocieties@gmail.com with the subject: "Journal ad + (name of Advertiser/company/organization)".

4. An additional charge of $25 will be added to the total cost for each scan necessary for photos, drawings, logos, etc.
